Rick Roetken
Vice President, Marketing

Appointed Vice President of Marketing for Delta Faucet Company in March 2007, Rick is responsible for creating and driving the execution of marketing functions for the Company’s three brands. With prior experience in brand-building, developing and executing product strategy for multiple brands, pricing and service, Rick brings extensive strategic marketing expertise to the Company.

Prior to joining Delta Faucet Company, Rick was with Carrier Corporation, the world’s largest manufacturer of heating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems and equipment. After joining Carrier in 1988, Rick held various marketing leadership roles. Most recently, he was the Director of Marketing, responsible for Carrier’s consumer and residential business in North America. In this role, Rick developed product strategies for multiple brands as well as strategic marketing programs.

Rick earned a B.A. in Industrial Technology from Ball State University.
