Shower leaking

I have a Delta T13222 faucet in my shower. - Circa 1996. There is water dripping from the shower head. I assume the washers need to be repalaced, How do I do that. I removed the handle and can see where you adjust the amount of hot water but no clue how to get to the washers.

I chose T13222 as the model numbe rby looking at the picture on your web-site so I am fairly certain that is correct.

Answer: 
Thank you for your question, Dave. We recommend replacing the cartridge (Delta part #RP19804) and seats and springs (Delta part #RP4993). Turn the water off and remove the handle and then the sleeve. Next, remove the cartridge and below will be the seats and springs. It is also recommended to flush the lines in order to remove any debri. After that, the parts can be put re-installed in the same order that they were removed.
