I INSTALLED THE SPOUT ONTO THE MIXING VALVE AND NEGLECTED TO PUT THE SET SCREW IN. DURING THE LEAK TEST THE WATER PRESSURE BLEW THE SPOUT OFF.
OTHER THAN THE SET SCREW IS THERE A POSITIVE LOCKING FEATURE THAT HOLDS THE SPOUT HOUSING TO THE SPINDLE CARTRIDGE?
